Min Creative ("we," "us") built this policy to explain, plainly, what happens to your information when you visit this site or submit the inquiry form.

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), project type, a link to your current website or social profile (if provided), and your project notes. We don't have user accounts, logins, or payment processing on this site, so we don't collect passwords or payment details here.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to plan and deliver your website redesign project. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How the form is processed

The inquiry form is handled by Netlify Forms, our website host. Submissions are stored in our Netlify dashboard and delivered to us directly. Netlify may also log standard technical information for anyone visiting the site — like IP address and browser type — as part of normal web hosting. Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't run third-party tracking scripts.

Sharing

We don't share or sell your information to third parties. The only outside party involved is Netlify, which hosts the site and processes form submissions on our behalf.

Data retention

We keep inquiry submissions as long as needed to respond to you or deliver a project, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact info below.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
